Evidence-led remedials

The repair should match the defect.

We use available CCTV evidence, site findings and access information to define a proportionate repair route rather than guessing underground.

01

Cracked or fractured pipework

Visible structural damage is reviewed alongside location, service impact and access before a method is proposed.

02

Displaced or open joints

Joint movement can contribute to leakage, snagging and root ingress and may require targeted repair or replacement.

03

Root-affected drainage

Root cutting can restore the bore, but the entry defect should be identified so a longer-term repair can be considered.

04

Collapsed or badly deformed run

Severe defects may require open excavation and replacement where a no-dig method is not suitable.

The method, access, materials, reinstatement, exclusions and customer responsibilities are set out.

Before you book

Common questions.

Do I need a CCTV survey before repair?+

Not in every case, but underground repair decisions normally require enough evidence to locate and understand the defect. We will explain what is needed for your situation.

Can every defect be repaired without excavation?+

No. Suitability depends on defect type, pipe condition, diameter, access and surrounding conditions. Some defects require open excavation and replacement.

Is reinstatement included?+

The agreed scope will state the excavation and reinstatement position. Surfaces, finishes and third-party work are not assumed unless they are expressly included.

What happens if site conditions differ?+

Work pauses where a material change affects safety, method or price. The changed scope is explained and requires approval before additional work.
